Patrick C. Disney

 

has been a financial executive, auditor, consultant, and entrepreneur with broad based experience gained from working with middle market companies in the service, retail and wholesale distribution, and manufacturing industries.

 

For most of his career, he was a partner with an international public accounting firm.  Among his assignments, he audited the financial statements of over fifty middle market companies.  Mr. Disney was the confidant for the CEO’s/owners providing expertise in the areas of strategy, information systems, and acquisitions.  He subsequently was the partner in charge of the firm’s middle market information systems consulting practice.

 

He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a $325 million multi-state convenience and truck stopping center operator.  He managed all accounting, treasury, insurance and retirement plan functions.  He implemented new financial and accounting systems integrating them with store systems at over 40 remote locations, and implemented a new cash concentration and management system that substantially accelerated the movement of cash from remote locations to the corporate office.  When the decision was made to sell this 76-year old company, he was responsible for all financial issues related to the sale of over $80 million in assets in eight separate transactions.

 

Mr. Disney is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received a B. S. in Accounting.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
