Glen E. Meinecke
is a senior executive with over twenty years of experience in applying advanced corporate finance and investment solutions in the insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. His depth of experience includes mergers, acquisitions, joint venture negotiations and administration, federal government contracting negotiations and administration, investment portfolio theory and management, real estate, and financial and information technology innovations.
He has served in an executive capacity for U.S. based public, tax-exempt, and philanthropic organizations. The industry experience he has acquired comes from working for nationally recognized corporations; Delta Dental Plan of Michigan, a $1.4 billion leader in providing health benefits; United Healthcare Corporation, a $25 billion national leader in coordinating network based health and well being services; and Alberto-Culver, a $2.6 billion multi-national manufacturer of consumer hair and skin products.
Directing management teams with responsibilities for P&L and Balance Sheet administration, strategic planning, cost accounting, product pricing, new product development, underwriting, regulatory and tax compliance, and technology implementations is his specialty. He has developed extensive skills in applying prudent banking and investment solutions to regulated entities for the accumulation of capital.
Mr. Meinecke earned a B.S. in Business Administration & Management from Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois and is a Certified Management Accountant. His civic and community service activities include appointments to the advisory council for the Michigan State University Wharton Center for Performing Arts; the advisory council for Courageous Leadership, Inc.; and Board of Directors for Highfields, Inc.
