David A. Moore

 

is a senior executive with over thirty years of experience providing financial and management solutions to international and regional companies. While serving as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Controller, he provided fiscal guidance to manage through severe industry downturns, accomplish turnarounds, work through liquidity issues, increase profitability and improve cash flows. His responsibilities have included directing the accounting, financial, information technology and administrative functions for these companies. This experience includes divestitures, acquisitions and the successful settlement of lawsuits and insurance claims.

 

David had financial oversight and management responsibilities for businesses in excess of $500 million owned by Fortune 500 companies and private groups. The subsidiaries of these businesses ranged in size from $4 million to $250 million spread across as many as 100 locations, 22 states and 9 countries. The financial management included obtaining bank debt, debt restructuring and equity financing, including an IPO and a secondary offering. This required strategic planning and forecasting to successfully consolidate, restructure, relocate and integrate acquisitions to support high rates of growth while protecting shareholder value.

 

His areas of industry expertise include mining and mineral extraction, discrete and process manufacturing, distribution, retail and service of OEM and consumer products. The products include electric motors, electronic instrumentation and controls, advanced electronics and systems software, structural fabrications, aluminum extrusions, consumer hardware products, castings, pumps, valves, process systems, aggregates, cement, ready mix concrete, building materials, transportation and tools.

 

Mr. Moore is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.B.A. in Finance and has been active in civic and charitable activities.
