Carl H. Zehnder

is a senior turnaround, crisis management specialist with over thirty- five years of experience in management, operations, information systems, and process and project management.  As a results oriented, analytical person with an organized approach to assessing, planning, structuring, integrating and monitoring activities under his direction, his skills allow him to interact with a wide variety of people and business situations, develop understanding of problems or issues and formulate and implement corrective strategies.

 

He has successfully served as interim manager and has managed projects for clients in such areas as manufacturing, fabrication, warehousing, credit card and insurance administration.  He has conceptualized and directed the innovative design, development and implementation of process re-engineering and information systems, with dramatic results.

 

During his career Carl has worked with over 50 companies, providing consulting, day-to-day management and advisory services.  Experiences include companies such as General Motors Corp., BancSystems Association (EDS), White Motor Corporation, TRW, Wallace Computer Services, Moore Business Forms, ServiceMaster, Crate & Barrel, Xerox, AON Insurance, Miller Industries as well as many smaller firms.

 

Mr. Zehnder received a M.S. in Organizational Development from George Williams College, a B.M.E. from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
